Just to explain to people who may have stumbled upon this site by accident, the expression "Horse Tipping" refers to the practice of attempting to select the most likely winner of a horse race based on logic, detailed form study and total luck.

This is not to be confused with the noble art of Cow Tipping, which involves sneaking into a cow field, finding one that is asleep (they sleep standing up by the way), and pushing it over, or "Tipping" it.

This practice is very popular (not to mention illegal), in America but is yet to really take off in this country.

For anyone unfamiliar with Cow Tipping, you should watch the film "Heathers", which contains a rather splendid Cow Tipping sequence.

There are similarities between finding a good horse tipping site and going cow tipping - in both cases it's best to avoid the Bull.
